ELVVV Return & Refund Policy
At ELVVV, we strive to ensure that every piece of precision-engineered gear meets your expectations. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to provide the support you need.
1. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for your items.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Original Condition: It must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.

Original Packaging: It must be in its original, undamaged packaging.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or official proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to safety, hygiene, or their custom nature:

Hygiene-Sensitive Products: Due to health and safety standards, personal hardware and wearable gear cannot be returned once the seal is broken or the product has been used.

Custom/Personalized Goods: Any items made to unique specifications or personalized specifically for the customer.

Sale Items: Items purchased during a clearance or using a "Final Sale" discount code.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps. Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Provide Details: Include your Order Number and the reason for the return.

Ship the Item: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.
5. Exchanges
The most efficient way to ensure you get the gear you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. Please keep in mind it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
